I’m so excited to announce the first LIVE ticketed show of The Perfect Bite! I’ll be sitting down with Kathleen “Katalina” Day herself of the Katalina’s empire throughout Columbus. Don’t worry—there will be a high-end version of the famous pancake balls!

Our evening of conversation and fine dining will be at Katalina’s Too! on Thursday, November 6 at 6 pm. Kathleen will share her story on a live recording of the pod while you enjoy her curated tasting menu of Latin-leaning, Southern-slanted dishes and drinks.

Proceeds from the evening will benefit Freedom a la Cart, Columbus’s local non-profit focused on providing survivors of human trafficking with a better future. This event is going to be very intimate, so make sure you grab your tickets quickly! Check out the menu below and book your spot!
