I launched The Perfect Bite podcast just under 6 months ago at the start of March, 2025. It’s hard to believe almost 30 episodes have now aired!

I’ve had the immense pleasure of interviewing the best founders in the food & beverage, hospitality, and agricultural industries, including chefs, restaurateurs, CPG brands, food tech founders, and more. During every conversation, I’ve gained new perspectives on these industries, the amazingly hard-working folks behind them, and what it’s like for each entrepreneur to start their businesses—I hope you feel the same as you listen.

You’ll learn from industry veterans as well as early stage business owners, all with their own pieces of advice and stories to share. Who knows? Maybe this will inspire you to start your own thing—and I’d be incredibly honored to have you as a guest one day on The Perfect Bite.

So, why “The Perfect Bite”? At the start of 2025, I realized all of us have our own stories, experiences, and taste preferences. Our memories, family recipes, and individual perspectives shape what is each of our own perfect bites—and no one’s is exactly the same! I also like to think of TPB as the perfect bite of folks across the value chain of food, bringing us all the brands, produce, dishes, experiences, and platforms that shape dining, cooking, and eating.

Even if we all have different tastes, there’s one language we all speak: food. It’s one of the few things each of us on this planet has to do and is a way to support community, connection, and loving one another. We all need this, especially during times that feel so trying and divisive.
